7. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of cogniflow.eu will be resolved by confidential arbitration in Tallinn, Estonia. However, if you infringe or threaten to infringe CogniFlow’s intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in such courts.
